Being at home and trying to figure out what to cook for dinner is not always an easy task. Trying to eat healthy is not always easy too. Well here a really cool easy to make meal that the family will love. See the receipt below and the steps shown in the video.
Wash prep area, your hands, and the vegetables.
Cut all ingredients into small pieces: chicken, broccoli, red pepper, and carrot.
Put a skillet on high heat. When it is warm, add the oil.
Fully cook chicken pieces on medium-high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cover for faster cooking.
When the chicken is no longer pink on the inside, lower the heat. Add veggies and cook for couple more minutes.
Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, the meal is ready to serve.
